Welcome to La Paloma, a two-story quad-plex apartment building located behind the main house at 2111 3rd Ave in the
heart of Canyon. WTAMU and Canyon's charming downtown square are just a few minutes away either by foot or car. Each apartment comes with central heat and air, a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans in every room, and updated flooring and bathrooms. A centrally located laundry room is shared between the four units. Water and gas are included in the monthly rent. Resident is responsible for electricity. We offer 6, 9, and 12 month leases (price will vary). Pets and smoking are not permitted.
